1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 109,423,863 as well as KRW 75,470,572 as well as full payment from August 12, 2017.

The defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the unpaid principal and interest and delay damages to the plaintiff, as shown in the attached Form [Provided, That the "creditor" is "Plaintiff", "debtor" is deemed "Defendant", and the "State bank" in paragraph (1) is a clerical error in the "State Gyeongnam Bank". Thus, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the plaintiff the unpaid principal and interest and delay damages, as described in paragraph (1) of this Article.

Defendant B asserts to the effect that “The above Defendant is merely a representative director in its name, and that the limit of guarantee amount is distributed in excess of the limit of guarantee amount, so there is no liability for guarantee,” but the above assertion alone is difficult to deem the above Defendant to be exempted from the liability for guarantee

Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified, and all of them are accepted.
