After that, the Plaintiff concluded a construction contract with Defendant B to additionally install one unit of management room (8 square meters) and two unit of ethyl ethyl (8 square meters and 16 square meters) on the said land at a contract price of KRW 64 million.

Around January 17, 2012, Defendant B completed the construction work under the foregoing installation contract and additional installation contract (hereinafter referred to as “instant pentine”). On February 9, 2012, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership preservation on the instant pentine six roads, etc.
