1. Between the plaintiffs and the defendant Republic of Korea, the defendant Republic of Korea was golded in September 21, 2018 by the Incheon District Court.

1. Basic facts

A. G’s death and the Defendants’ deposit claim 1) G (hereinafter “the deceased”). G (hereinafter “the deceased”).

(2) On April 19, 2018, there was a deposit claim against the Defendant Republic of Korea among the deceased’s inherited property. However, as of September 21, 2018, the amount is KRW 496,331,840 [Account Number: KRW 446,178,30 (Account Number: Postal Office H) 446,178,30 (Account Number: Postal Office J) 28,510 (Account Number: Postal Office J).

3) At the time of death, the Deceased had a deposit claim of KRW 70,00,00 for the Defendant FF Cooperatives [the account number: KRW 30,00,00 (Account Number: K, due date: October 4, 2019)] 10,000,000 (Account Number: Number: Number Number: Number Number: Number: Number Number: Number: Number: Number Number: October 4, 2019) (Account Number: Number: Number: Number: Number: Number: Number: Number: Number: Number: : : 50,192 (Account Number: N), deposit and withdrawal, KRW 78,078 (Account Number:O), total sum of KRW 71,28,270 (Account Number). (b) Family relation and agreement on division of inherited property of the Plaintiffs are not written on the deceased’s spouse’s family relation certificate or spouse’s family relation certificate.

2) P made the Plaintiffs and R as their children between Q and Q, who are their spouse. P died on October 22, 1984, and Q were remarried on April 22, 1987. 3) R had T and U as their children between S and Q, who are their spouse.

R died on February 28, 2014, and S died on February 24, 2012.

4) After the death of the deceased, the Plaintiffs, T, and U: (a) around April 2018, the entire financial assets, including the post office deposits of the deceased, inherited equally among the Plaintiffs; and (b) T, U, and U drafted an agreement on the division of inherited property, stating the content of the waiver of inheritance. C. The Defendant Republic of Korea deposited the deposited money with the Defendant Republic of Korea, on September 21, 2018, on the ground that the deposited money falls under the case where the obligee cannot be known without negligence on September 21, 2018 during the instant lawsuit, and deposited KRW 496,31,840, the Incheon District Court deposited the deposited money with the Defendant, T, U, and the deceased’s heir (hereinafter “instant deposit”).
