Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above penalties shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants intentionally caused minor traffic accidents against vehicles that change the bus line or commit the central line, and conspired to acquire insurance proceeds in the name of agreement against the insurance company in which the other vehicle driver is a member of the other vehicle in the method of receiving hospitalized treatment despite the minor shock of the traffic accident that occurred as above.

1. The Defendants, at around 00:55 on August 5, 2017, 2017, carried the central line in a way that they were driven by Defendant B, I, and J on the top of the steering line of the GFD car owned by Defendant A, which is driven by Defendant B, at the back seat of the GFD car driven by Defendant B, and driven by Defendant B, I, and J.

Since then, at around 00:59 on the same day, the Defendants had K receive insurance accidents from the victim Samsung T&T Insurance Co., Ltd., and the Defendants, H, I, and J received hospitalized treatment at 13 days from the date of the accident, and claimed insurance proceeds as if they suffered injuries due to normal traffic accidents. However, Defendant A intentionally paid an accident, and the Defendants did not need to receive minor injuries.

On August 18, 2017, the Defendants: (a) by deceiving the employees in charge of the victimized person; (b) transferred KRW 2,200,000,00 each under the pretext of the agreement between the Defendants, H, J, and I; and (c) received KRW 12,020,910 as the repair cost of the said free car on September 20, 2017; and (b) acquired the insurance money from the victimized person by deceptioning KRW 12,020,910.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim to receive the goods.

2. The Defendants who attempted to commit fraud are driving by Defendant A on the road in front of Mtel at the time of Stel at around 18:40 on September 3, 2017.
