A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The defendant has committed the following crimes under the status that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, etc.

1. On February 16, 2018, around 01:01, the Defendant obtained financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by failing to pay KRW 31,000,00, even though he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay taxi expenses in the vicinity of the building area in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as if he/she would have been boarding and paying the taxi expenses to the victim B-si, and did not pay the victim’s taxi expenses up to the front age of G in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. On February 16, 2018, at G-ro located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on February 16, 2018, the Defendant damaged the taxi window that is equivalent to KRW 224,367 in repair cost by entering the back seat of the victim’s taxi with 112 report as to the Defendant’s act as described in paragraph 1 on the front side of G-ro located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

3. On February 16, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties was arrested by Flagrant Offender at the lower seat of the patrol vehicle by president I, etc. affiliated with the Seoul Mapo Police Station H District, and was in transit to the H district, and was in the vicinity of the K club located in the Mapo-gu Seoul High Court, Seoul, for the following reasons: (a) on February 16, 2018, the Defendant was guilty of fraud and assault; and (b) on the charge of fraud and assault.
