A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was living together with the victim B (V, 42 years of age) in the past, and around January 2017, and the victim C (V, and 44 years of age) is a spawn between the victim B and the present return.
