B. On September 23, 2018, the Defendant posted the same article on the Internet “F” website bulletin board in the same manner as that described in Article 1(a) and advertised the Defendant to attract people to buy sex.

2. On October 15, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) provided that, around October 22, 2018, the Defendant reported the advertisement as described in paragraph (1) from the male descendants on the name unrest that he found in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and had female employees of the said establishment do the act of similarity by allowing the female employees to see the sexual organ of male customers by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
