Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be respectively.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the director of the "Criju station" in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and D is a person who operates a F towing vehicle with the trade name "E", and the oil cost subsidy is a system that provides a driver of a commercial vehicle using light fuel with subsidies from the State for part of the monthly fuel cost for each month and pays it by the welfare card registered with the relevant vehicle number.

Nevertheless, D, on credit, tried to pay the credit amount of gasoline to the above towing vehicle with the welfare card (oil purchase card) registered with the above towing vehicle's number as if all the above towing vehicle had been charged with the transit of the above towing vehicle.

D On November 3, 2017, around 12:08, at the above C gas station, the Defendant received fuel subsidies equivalent to KRW 2,418,459 on a total of 31 occasions as indicated in the attached list of crimes in the attached Table, including: (a) around 11:28,25,940, the sum of the credit payment of diesel and gasoline, as seen above, to the towing vehicle, and KRW 296,520,00,000,000,000,000 won, paid to the towing vehicle by the above towing vehicle’s oil purchase card; and (b) illegally received fuel subsidies for KRW 80,480,000,000,000,000 for KRW 2,225,940,000,000,000 for the towing vehicle; and (c) assist the Defendant to pay the credit payment by paying it by the towing vehicle with the towing vehicle purchase card; and (d) 31,16,16,1316,16.
