Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-C.

On November 15, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo while under the influence of 0.110% alcohol during blood transfusion at around 15:00, and led to the flow of light from the non-Eup/Myeon in front of the Chang-dong Hasan-dong at Egsan-do.

Since the Defendant was in difficult condition to drive a motor vehicle normally due to influence of drinking at the time, in such a case, it is necessary to refrain from driving the motor vehicle, and since there is a center line of yellow-ray, there was a duty of care to operate the motor vehicle thoroughly and safely.

Nevertheless, the defendant's negligence of neglecting his duty to drive normally due to influence of drinking, which led to the defendant's failure to do so, and led to the failure of the defendant's driving at the front direction of the driver's driving of the victim C(43) who stopped in the traffic signal waiting at the front direction of the driver's driving, the front part of the victim's E(47 ) driving, the front part of the victim's G(51 ) driving, the front part of the victim's H learning car, and the front part of the vehicle of the defendant's driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, the injury to the victim C, i.e., the victim I (the victim I, 40 years old) who was a passenger of the above low-speed car, and the victim J (the victim 46 years old), with approximately two weeks of treatment, injury such as dump, tensions, tensions, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim E, and injury such as cump, dump, tensions, tensions, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the above passenger car, to the victim K (42 years old) who is a passenger of the above car, for approximately two weeks of treatment, such injury as cump and tensions, in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim G, and the victim's injury such as dump, tensions, tensions, and tensions, etc., which are necessary for two weeks of treatment to the victim L (the above passenger car).
