1. Basic facts

(a) The Plaintiff’s business of installing and dismantling a workshop, as a company that receives a contract from the Defendant for the said work, from June 26, 2017 to the same year.

(hereinafter referred to as the above, ① to ④ collectively, the work of this case shall be referred to as “the work of this case” and the number shall be indicated for each work).

The Plaintiff was paid KRW 50 million from the Defendant on October 2, 2017.

C. From November 2016, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract for the installation or dismantling of a workshop from the Defendant. The Plaintiff and the Defendant’s transaction between the Plaintiff and the Defendant requested the Plaintiff to designate a specific construction site and install or dismantle the workshop, claiming an amount calculated by multiplying the unit price per day after the Plaintiff’s input of the number of workers and completed the work, by one man for the acceptance of the work, and the Defendant paid the details after confirmation.

(1) As there is no dispute between the parties on ① through ⑤, 8, 300,00 won in the instant work, the sum of the prices for the instant work is 54,00,000 won in the event that there is no dispute on the public demand and unit prices.
