Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) were committed by the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of B B Poter freight, driving the said Poter on September 26, 2013 without obtaining a driver’s license, and driving it on the front side of the Poter public parking lot located in the Round-si in the Round-si, Osan-si. On September 23:0, 2013, the Defendant was at a private road without any signal lights. As such, the person engaged in driving is at a private road without any signal lights, the Defendant was negligent in performing duties of care to check whether there is a vehicle crossing by reducing or temporarily stopping the speed of the Poter, and instead, the Defendant did not neglect the duty of care to check whether there is a vehicle crossing, etc. from the front side of the Poter-si parking lot, and did not immediately cause any injury to the victim, 200 2.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the freight vehicles specified in paragraph (1) from the unclaimed section to the place specified in paragraphs (1) without obtaining a temporary driver's license under paragraph (1).
