A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 28, 2019, from around 23:00 on the same day to 23:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was aware that the victim C’s “D’s operation” in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, had been heard and disregardeded by the victim’s name “Ayang”; (b) made it difficult to open the door; and (c) made a report to the effect that “I would not open the door; and (d) would make the door closed; and (d) “I would have all women working in a multi-face”; and (d) opened each room in which customers were customers, the Defendant returned to the singing room.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's musical business for about 50 minutes by force.

2. On October 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:10 on October 28, 2019, when the Defendant: (b) opened a singing room and opened a sing room as above; (c) raised the issue of the victim E (the age of 32) with respect to the Defendant’s act of opening and accompanying a singing room; (d) on the part of the victim E, the Defendant took time off the part of the victim E and pushed the victim’s body into a singing wall; and (e) said, the Defendant took time off the chest part of the victim F (the age of 39) with drinking two times.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims respectively.

3. At around October 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) followed the victim G (nick, 44 years old); (b) sounded the victim’s body with the victim’s hand, she had the victim go beyond the victim’s body by pushing the victim’s body with the two hand; and (c) caused the victim to face with the victim’s voice of singing machines.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as salt dynasium in the light that requires approximately 14 days of treatment.

4. On October 29, 2019, obstruction of performance of official duties and the Defendant’s injury: (a) reported at “D’s singing room”; and (b) reported at around 00:12, 112 to the effect that “a person under the influence of alcohol satisfings,” and sent out, the Defendant satisfing out of the singing room, who was called out by the police officer I, of the Hoyangan Police Station H District; and (c) made the said Defendant satisfing out of the singing room; and (d) made the said Defendant not
