1. Defendant E and Defendant F jointly share KRW 128,476,890 to the Plaintiffs, and Defendant E with respect thereto from December 11, 2015.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Imar (hereinafter referred to as "the clan of this case") is a clan consisting of descendants of the JJ that died in around 1785, and K, L, M, N, etc. from around 1987 as the head of the clan (or the president).

B. On March 18, 2006, some of the clan members of the instant clan opened an extraordinary general meeting without convening a notice to the female clan members, and opened the rules to elect them as the representative, P as the general secretary, and establish the rules. In accordance with the rules at the time of the instant clan, a resolution was passed to organize a promotion committee to sell each land, etc. listed in the attached Form (hereinafter referred to as "each land of this case") at the ordinary meeting of January 6, 2007, which was held by the public notice for convening only to the male aged 30 or older among the clan members, and to delegate the authority to the promotion committee members at the extraordinary general meeting of May 3, 2008. On September 7, 2008, the clan Council of this case decided to entrust the sale and purchase of each land of this case to the executive board, etc. of each of the instant clan members without a separate resolution of the board of directors.

C. On April 19, 2009, some directors, including R, S, and T, opposed to the sale of each of the instant lands, etc., the board of directors of the instant clan held around 15:00 decided to select P, auditors, Defendant D, Defendant F, Defendant H, Defendant H, and Defendant E, etc., who are directors of the board of directors held without a notice of notification on R, S, and T, to select P as the representative of the instant clan with respect to the sale of each of the instant lands, etc.

P marks himself as the representative of the clan of this case on April 22, 2009 and sells each of the lands of this case to 781,983,000 won (153,000 won each of the lands of this case) between U and two other.
