1. Basic facts

A. Defendant C’s status as a party (hereinafter “Defendant C’s door”) owns each land indicated in the attached Table of Real Estate List (hereinafter “each land of this case”) on October 5, 2009, which is the following: (a) 831m2, 1, 788m2, and 4230m2, and 641m2, which is divided into 238m2, and 403m2, respectively, before KK, and 238m2, and 403m2, respectively; hereinafter “each land of this case”).

B. On March 18, 2006, some of the subordinate members of the Defendant’s door were held without convening a convocation notice to female senior members (see, e.g., the general assembly and the board of directors resolution 1) (see, e., Supreme Court Decision 2006Da4778, May 29, 2011).

(2) On January 6, 2007, at the general meeting of the Defendant literature, the general meeting opened the meeting and elected Defendant E as the representative, Defendant D as the general secretary, and enacted the regulations.
