The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. The Defendant: (a) did not undergo proper hospitalized treatment while staying out for the purpose of receiving insurance money, such as expenses for hospitalization, after intensively selecting several insurance products with high coverage; or (b) had been issued a certificate of hospitalization and a medical certificate stating as if he had received proper hospitalized treatment for a long time when discharged after being hospitalized for an appropriate period of time; and (c) had been submitted to each insurance company, which had already been insured, to receive insurance money.

On November 14, 2005, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract called "voluntary CI insurance with no dividend payments" with the victim Solar Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., and entered into an insurance contract called "voluntary insurance with no dividend payments" on March 5, 2007 with the victim LIG damage insurance company, and the same month.

6. The insurance contract called “non-dividend medical expense insurance” entered into with the victim AI life insurance company, and entered into the insurance contract called “non-dividend social health insurance” on the 13th of the same month, and entered into five insurance contracts, respectively, with the victim La or life insurance company on the 20th of the same month.

After entering into an insurance contract as above, on January 23, 2008, the Defendant filed a claim against the victim Sojoin Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Seoul, to the effect that “from November 19, 2007, to January 12, 2008, the Defendant was hospitalized for cerebrsung (Seoul), 55 days at the Gesung Central Hospital located in Hasungnam-nam Eup in the time of friendliness.”

However, in fact, the defendant was 7 times at the time of being hospitalized with the above disease, and was able to take care of the hospital due to frequent absence, and the appropriate number of days of hospitalization is 14 days, even if there was no need to receive more than 5 days of hospitalization.
