A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2014, at around 22:30, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the road front of the Docker in C.

The term “to find a knife in a restaurant” that takes place and continued to enter the surrounding restaurant, and the slopeF belonging to the E zone of the Maritime Police Station, which was dispatched after receiving a report at the above place, asked the Defendant “I am deep, Maurri” to the said F as “I am son,” and used the knife at the 112 patrol vehicle in order for the said F to have the Defendant go back to the back of the said vehicle, the said F am on the back seat of the said vehicle, and assaulted the Defendant at a time when I am knife the face of the said F by taking the knife.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of police officers' order and protective measures for prisoners.
