Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and four months.

However, as to the Defendants for three years from the date of the final conclusion of this judgment, the said judgment is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. From the violation of the National Sports Promotion Act (Gambling, etc.), the Defendants decided to gambling at the Internet illegal sports gambling site. Defendants A and B play a role in operating office and providing gambling funds; D recruited and managing office employees; E (former summary disposition on the same day) transferred gambling funds deposited from Defendant B to the above employees’ account; and then let them do gambling and re-transfer the profits therefrom to the Defendant B’s account; F, G, H (former summary disposition on the same day) in collusion with Defendants A, B, D, and E; and I (former summary disposition on the same day) in collusion with Defendant A, B, and E to directly visit the above employees’ account; and (3) in collusion with Defendant A, B, and H (former summary disposition on the same day) in collusion with Defendant A, D, and C to directly visit and directly transfer the profits therefrom to the Defendant B’s account.

A. Defendants A, B, D, E, and F conspired with D, E, and F on May 5, 2015, they visited the illegal sports gambling site, such as “K,” and predicted the result of the sports games offered on the said site at around 100,000 won at a time to 100,000 won and 500,000 won. In short, the amount was returned according to the fixed dividend rate, and if the results of the games were to be accumulated, the amount was returned from May 11, 2015 to May 1, 2015, the amount was collected at KRW 56,10,000,000 for total amount of 56 times, such as the FMM broadcasting station in Daegu-gu MBC broadcasting station, and was exchanged at KRW 10,00,000 for 10,000,000 for 205,000 won.

B. Defendants A, B, D, E, and G’s joint crimes in collusion with D, E, and G, and the Defendants were above around April 28, 2015.
