On August 2, 2016, around 10:50, the Defendant driven a car with approximately KRW 30 km from 41 to 41 to 1 complex of Yangsan-si, Yangsan-si, Busan-ro, Busan-ro, to the road near the two-way intersection, without a driver's license.
