A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 4581] On July 20, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driving license around 00:50 on July 20, 2018, driven EM-W Motor Vehicles at approximately KRW 500 meters from the vicinity C in Busan Jin-gu to the front of the same Gu D department store.

[2019 Highest 1311] On November 21, 2018, the Defendant driven the EMW car from approximately 100 meters section to the front road of the F apartment Gdong in Gangseo-gu Busan, Busan, without a car driver’s license.

The Defendant caused the victim by occupational negligence to suffer from the injury of the two skins that need to be treated for about three weeks.
