The first instance court.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 18, 2011, May 17, 2011, and September 6, 2011, the Pakistan Livestock Industry Cooperatives filed an application for the auction of real estate on the basis of each right to collateral security established as of April 17, 201 with respect to the land on 27 parcels listed in the [Attachment 1 and 2] List on April 12, 2013 (hereinafter “instant real estate No. 1 and 2 list”), and received a decision to commence the auction of real estate on April 17, 2013.

(hereinafter referred to as "the auction procedure of this case". (b) The auction procedure conducted in accordance with the above decision at the time of auction.

In the auction procedure of this case, attached Form 1 stating the indication of real estate and the minimum sale price of real estate as of August 17, 2015 (1) and (27) real estate as of August 1, 201, the appraisal value of real estate as of December 27, 201, and the 3,053,880,980 won are stated in the remarks column as follows:

2. List 2, 4, 5, and 6: Required for the submission of the qualification certificate for acquisition of farmland (the security deposit when not submitted);

3. The list 2, 4, and 5 of the farmland for which a permit for farmland diversion has been obtained;

According to the appraisal report, the land category on the public record of the list 1-26 (excluding the list 18, 21) is being used as forest land or entire status or former status (after completing a construction report for the purpose of constructing a new house, land in the state of completion of civil engineering work) in some parcels of land (as of October 21, 201, the permission number of the building permit number of the building permit number of October 21, 201), and the list 18, 21 is divided into forest land or current status, road within a housing complex, etc. (see appraisal report).

5. A structure other than the display of the table 17, 22 above ground (a structure due to the basic construction works) shall be included in sale.

C. On September 30, 2014, the Asset Management Company acquired a claim against the collateral security right under the aforementioned paragraph from the Pakistan-Yacheon Livestock Cooperatives, and on August 25, 2015, on the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 from the real estate list No. 1 and No. 2 from among the real estate list No. 1 and No. 2 of the instant case (hereinafter “Real Estate List No. 2”).
