1. The plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant)'s main claim and the defendant (Counterclaim plaintiff)'s counterclaim are all dismissed.

Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. On February 28, 1978, the Plaintiff is a spouse married with the deceased F (hereinafter “the deceased”). The Defendants are children born between the deceased and the former G.
B. Each real estate acquired in the attached Forms 1 and 2 list 1) A real estate under the deceased’s name (attached Form 1, the deceased on December 6, 1983)
3. Each real estate listed in Schedule 1, No. 1, No. 2, listed in Schedule 1, No. 2, shall be indicated by means of sale and purchase in the same manner as each real estate listed in Schedule 1, No. 2;
on May 30, 1991, the same month.
1. Each registration for the transfer of ownership for 3 and 4 real estate shall be completed by reason of sale; and
2) Real estate in the name of the plaintiff (attached Form 2 List) (the plaintiff on June 2, 1978) shall be the same year.
5. 31. With respect to real estate in Schedule 1 on grounds of sale and purchase, August 8, 1985.
1. With respect to 3 real estate in Schedule 2 by reason of sale and purchase, 2 Schedule 4 by reason of sale and purchase on March 18, 1987, as to September 17, 2001
8.6. With respect to immovable property in Schedule 5 due to sale and purchase, the month of March 27, 1997.
1. Each registration of ownership transfer with respect to 6 and 7 real estate shall be completed on the ground of sale and purchase, and on June 22, 198, the registration of ownership preservation with respect to 2 real estate in the 1st 2nd 2nd 1st 198.
C. On October 21, 201, the Defendants acquired real estate due to the gift of the Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of 1/4 shares among 1/4 shares among 1/4 real estate in the name of the Deceased on the same day.
The Deceased died on April 1, 2017.

2. Determination on the main claim
A. Each real estate on the Plaintiff’s assertion 1 list was held in title trust in the name of the deceased, but the deceased without disposal authority donated the real estate to the Defendants before they were born.
