Punishment of the crime

[Attachment] The Defendant is a member of the clan C (hereinafter referred to as the "family clan").

The clan owns the "E" in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and around November 15, 2013, the clan elected F as the president of the clan, and the Defendant was elected as the president of the "E".

The Defendant, while serving as the president of “E” for about six months from July 2013 to December 2013, was elected at a general meeting as the president, and was in charge of the operation of a golf course delegated by a clan until October 31, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 2014, the Defendant forged private document: (a) in the office of the above “E” without obtaining consent to the preparation of a labor contract from the clan; (b) instead of having G, an employee in charge of administrative affairs, enter “E” into the standard employment contract form of size A4 in the column of “E”; (c)” in the column of “work site”; (d) “E”; and (e)” in the column of “business affairs”, “president”, “wages”, “wages”: 1,800,000, 200,000, and business operating expenses: 1,000,000,000, and 1,000,000, and the official seal of the president of the office was kept, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged one copy of the labor contract under the name of the president of the clan F.

2. On April 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) submitted a copy of the forged labor contract to the above F on the grounds of non-payment of holiday work allowances at the Daejeon Regional Employment and Labor Office in Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) submitted the forged labor contract to the relevant civil petitioner as if he/she were a document duly formed by him/her, as described in paragraph (1); and (c) exercised the forged private document.
