Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiff and the defendant B's clan (hereinafter "the defendant clan") used the name "the temporary "G literature" for the management of the clan land in the 1980s, but changed to the current name by holding an extraordinary general meeting on May 26, 2007. 2) The defendant clan did not independently act before 1991, while the co-ordination was not finalized until 2008.
B. 1) The registration of real estate is indicated in the annexed drawings (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (7), (8), (9), (1), (1), and (2), and (1) the land located in Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City is indicated as the land located in the ship (hereinafter “instant land”); and (3) the land located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City is indicated as the “Iri-ri” in the annexed drawings.
[2] On October 5, 2007, the instant land was divided into K forest from J forest to H forest, and its land category was changed to miscellaneous land on December 16, 201, and was combined into C on December 20, 201, and the relationship between J and the instant land was as listed below.
The purpose of the registration of land No. 20377 of December 15, 1971 and the grounds for registration to receive the registration of land No. 20377 of L, M, N,O, P, Q (each equity of 1/6 equity shares) transfer on June 7, 1994 and each equity transfer on June 7, 1994, No. 23577-23581 of January 26, 1994 to February 7, 1994, each title trust of Defendant clan 2 of this case, each of which was held on February 15, 1971, and on December 15, 2037 L, M, N,O, P, Q (each equity of 1/6) ownership transfer on June 237, 1977 of the land of this case, each of which was acquired on June 29, 208 to June 37, 2004.
C. The Plaintiff’s title trust as to the land, etc. of this case, and the registration of Defendant clans null and void, and the land of this case are land.
