A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

A person who has been seized shall be confiscated with one stamper (No. 1).

Punishment of the crime

1. In order to prepare monthly rent and living expenses, the Defendant was able to take money and valuables on the part of his/her employees at night, prepared an acting stone 1 cm (1 cm for street and vertical length, 3 cm in thickness) with his/her intention to take money and valuables on the part of his/her employees.

A. At around 02:42 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) at the “H convenience store”; (b) at around 02:350,000 won and the right of cultural products in the possession of the victim, who was a deadly weapon, in a convenience store by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim C (the 24-year-old) who was an employee, frights all customers and enters a warehouse.
