A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in preparation for special robbery and robbery, was willing to forcibly take money and valuables at the convenience store located in a place where people's passage at the night is proper, in order to raise food, lodging expenses, etc., while living in a street in D park located in Suwon-gu Busan Metropolitan City.

A. On June 16, 2017, at around 01:00 on June 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed each item of a deadly weapon to be used for committing a crime (the length x 65cm x 2.5cm cm) in front of the construction site located in Suwon-gu, Busan; and (b) obstructed convenience points for committing a crime.

On June 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 02:31, the H convenience store managed by the Victim G (Y, 55 years of age) located in the Busan Suwon-gu F, Busan, and (b) the Defendant: (c) the victim, who was hidden and was in the Kabter, intends to take tobacco in the display stand, and (d) the Defendant ran down the said item of the H convenience store.

"The victim could not resist the victim's market value of 1,900 won or more from the victim, and later reduced the total amount of 176,900 won or more from the victim's market value of 1,900 won or more from the victim's market value and 45,000 won or more in cash.

Accordingly, the Defendant took a deadly weapon as above and took the victim's property.

B. On June 19, 2017, around 01:00, the Defendant in preparation for robbery: (a) was a deadly weapon to be used for committing the robbery of convenience stores at the construction site at the place where the J’s neighboring housing located in Busan Nam-gu located in Busan-gu, and (b) the convenience points of committing the crime were displayed by mainly displaying each item (90cm in length x 2.5cm in width).

On June 19, 2017, around 03:30 on June 19, 2017, the Defendant concealed each of the above acquired items on the alleyway in the nearby convenience store located in the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City K Building, and inspected it by entering the said convenience store as a customer with the aim of robbery.

Accordingly, the Defendant prepared for robbery as above.

On June 19, 2017, the above victim is married to the convenience store at the P convenience store managed by the victim O (24 years) located in Busan Southern-gu around 03:34 on June 19, 2017.
