Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 12, 2009, the Defendant: (a) around 01:20 on September 12, 2009, when the victim C in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu did not have an intent or ability to pay the main share in the “Dju” that he works as an employee, the Defendant ordered the main share in the amount of KRW 1,179,000 at the market price, and the victim demanded the main share to pay the main share, and assaulted the victim’s face with his hand.
