1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The fact that the Defendant completed the registration of ownership preservation on April 20, 1995 as to the forest No. 3,372 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) in Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun on April 20, 1995 is not disputed between the parties, or is recognized in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement

2. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment

(a) Article 6 (Classification and Types of State Property) (1) State property shall be classified into administrative property and general property according to its use.

(2) The types of administrative property shall be as follows:

1. Property for public use: Property the State directly uses or determines to use for administrative, business or residence of public officials (limited to cases prescribed by Presidential Decree as necessary for the performance of duties);

2. Property for public use: Property that the State directly uses or determines to use by the deadline prescribed by Presidential Decree;

3.
