Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2013, at around 21:18, the Defendant driven a B rocketing vehicle owned by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.077% from the 3km of the Military Transport East-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si to the front end of the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si.
