Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] The defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a special larceny at the Daegu District Court on June 29, 1982, and was sentenced to eight months for an attempted special larceny at the Daegu District Court on April 22, 1983, and was sentenced to three years and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Daegu District Court on July 23, 1986, and was sentenced to six years for a violation of the same Act (thief) at the Daegu District Court on January 15, 191; on October 15, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months for an attempted murder at night; on August 27, 2009, from the Daegu District Court on July 23, 1986 to a special larceny and executed by the Daegu District Court on February 16, 201.

[Criminal facts]
1. On February 20, 2015, at around 23:50 on February 20, 2015, the Defendant habitually committed an attempted theft with C, having entered into a container material warehouse of the Victim F Co., Ltd. F, Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., a total of KRW 37,851,144, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was owned by the victim, was KRW 18,851,14, 18, 200, 1, 1, and 1, 2010, and 1, from around November 1, 201 to August 20, 2015, the Defendant did not habitually commit an attempted theft of the goods at a total of KRW 371,983,594, a total of 588, by the same method as indicated in the list of crimes.
2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.
A. On October 19, 201, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license around 22:00, driven one ton cargo vehicle which was stolen from the said construction site at approximately 500 meters away from the 130-5 future soil construction site in Ulsan-gun, the Defendant, at the end of the 130-5 future soil site in Ulsan-gun, to the place where the Defendant’s Lone Star-gun Track Track was installed.
