[criminal records] On August 22, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the branch of the Hongsung prison on August 21, 2014.

1. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. On January 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the front day of the “D” convenience store located in Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) obtained one copy of the NAC card owned by the victim E, and returned it to the victim; and (c) embezzled it without following necessary procedures.

B. On February 13, 2017, at around 06:30, the Defendant: (a) acquired one modern card owned by the victim G from the front side of the Seo-gu Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon and embezzled it without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (b) embezzled it.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On January 22, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:47, purchased goods equivalent to KRW 56,220,00, such as tobacco and liquor, and paid the purchase price from “I Emt” operating the victim’s name in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and presented it as if he/she had the right to use the He/she acquired He/she, thereby allowing an employee to pay the price for the goods, thereby deceiving the said goods and using the lost debit card.

B. On February 13, 2017, around 06:30, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 46,550, such as tobacco, at the “D” convenience store operated by the victim J in the vicinity of the said F Housing, and paid the purchase price, and presented the acquired G’s modern card as if he/she had the right to use it, and then, presented it as if he/she had the right to use it, and had an employee of the said place pay the price for the goods, by deceiving the said goods and using the lost credit card.

On February 13, 2017, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 10,650,00, including tobacco, from the “L” convenience store operated by the victim K near the above F Housing around 06:53.
