Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 13, 2012, at C and 01:00, the Defendant thought that he/she had his/her own possession without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a new physical check lost by the victim E and returning it to the victim.

As such, the Defendant, in collusion with C, embezzled the property of which possession of the victim was separated.

2. The Defendant, together with C, stated in the written indictment of Victim G G in Chuncheon City F on the same day as that of the preceding paragraph, as the victim’s name was misstatement, but corrected as it constitutes a clerical error.

In the operation of H’s “indoor Packaging”, the head of the household issued a food order and paid the price to the Defendant as if he/she was the body card owned by the Defendant, and issued a physical card acquired as referred to in the preceding paragraph, and signed the sales slip and issued it to the said victim, and received food, etc. equivalent to KRW 23,000 from the said victim.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, used the lost credit card or debit card and acquired another’s property by fraud.
