A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of 300,000 won in a district court for fraud, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 30, 2019.

"2018 Highest 4746"

1. On June 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim E-company bank or debit card (F) of the victim E-company, which was received in other cell phoness on a cell phone, by cutting off the cell phone on the table table and cutting off the cell phone to the main room; and (b) cutting off the cell phone at around 14:00.

2. Between 19:51 and 20:57 on the same day, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) A list of offenses set forth in the attached Table between around 19:51 and June 18, 2018 and around 0:11, 2018, by suggesting that he/she had legitimate authority to complete the debit card of a corporate bank, which was stolen as referred to in paragraph (1), as in paragraph (1), was paid and received, and that he/she was paid the payment and received alcohol.

1. Debit cards were used in total not less than 20 times as stated, and were provided with goods, services, etc. equivalent to 6,422,800 won by deceiving the victims.

3. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud: (a) presented the debit card of a company bank, which was stolen at the point of “J” operated by the victim’s name in Pyeongtaek-gun I on June 18, 2018, as stated in paragraph (1), as if he/she had legitimate authority to complete the debit card; and (b) intended to pay the price and receive goods; (c) but, upon filing a theft report, the Defendant was her attempted to pay the price and receive goods; (d) from around that time until June 10:04, 201 to June 18, 2018.

2. Although it tried to pay a sum of KRW 1,134,00 in total on five occasions, such as the statement, it did not reach the wind on which the debit card is suspended due to the theft report.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 418" is the victim M in the front of the L Pharmacy located in K on April 24, 2018, 22:39, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.
