Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.2 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2013, when the Defendant, at around 15:15:15, driven a 1 ton of B 1 ton of the cargo and had it left to the left to the IC permanently located on the side of a permanent IC, the Defendant was a private-distance intersection on which a signal apparatus was installed. As such, the Defendant, who is engaged in the driving of the motor vehicle, was negligent in performing the duty of care to safely drive the vehicle in accordance with the signals of the signal apparatus, but the ongoing signal was changed to the red stop signal while the signal was turned to the left at the left, due to the occupational negligence of the victim (55 years old) who was proceeding in accordance with the green straight straight signal from the right side of the said cargo vehicle to the left side, and received the right side of the above 1 ton of the D1 ton of the cargo vehicle, and received it from the victim on the right side of the above 2-day driver’s vehicle, and suffered the injury of each e.g., the victim’s e., the victim’s 3 to the above e.
