1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiffs:

(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b) 41,657,000 won;

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant A is the owner of the real estate listed in paragraphs 1 and 5 of the attached list; G is 63/195 shares among the real estate listed in paragraph 4 of the attached list; Defendant C is 2,596/3,835 shares among the real estate listed in paragraph 3 of the attached list; and H is the owner of the real estate listed in paragraph 6 of the attached list; Defendant B is the owner of the real estate listed in paragraph 2 of the attached list (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant real estate”); and Defendant B is the member of the International District Housing Association (hereinafter referred to as “instant association”).

The instant association is a housing association authorized to implement a new project (hereinafter referred to as the “instant project”) on the land in the Guri-si J (hereinafter referred to as the “instant project site”) which includes each of the instant real estate.

The Defendants are occupying each of the instant real estate since before December 29, 2016.

B. On January 4, 2010, the instant association entered into an implementation agency contract with LAWC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “LAWC”) for the implementation of the instant project (hereinafter “instant implementation agency contract”).

Of the terms of the above contract, the parts related to this case are as follows:

Article 5 (Scope of Convention) LAWC refers to the performance of the following duties and other duties delegated by the association of this case in accordance with the Association Regulations, and the association of this case shall actively cooperate in the performance of duties of LAWC:

1.The scope of the agreement stipulated in this Agreement shall be as follows:

1) Article 6 (Scope of Duties and Responsibilities) (Scope of Duties and Responsibilities of the instant association) (Scope of Duties and Responsibilities of Obligations) Purchase of a seller’s land (Scope of Duties and Obligations) (Scope of Duties, Responsibilities and Obligations of the instant association)

1. The association of this case shall be the project operator of this project.
