1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiffs:

(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex;

(b) 7,918,294 Won and its corresponding;

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant A and C are co-owners of the building attached thereto (hereinafter “instant building”) located in the Dong-si, Gyeonggi-do and the building attached thereto (hereinafter “instant building”). Defendant A and C are the members of the E Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “instant association”).

The instant association is a housing association authorized to implement a new project (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”) in the Filsi-si land (hereinafter referred to as “instant project site”) including the instant land, in order to promote a new project for collective housing (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”).

The Defendants, as married couple, have been occupying the instant building since before December 29, 2016.

B. On January 4, 2010, the instant association entered into an implementation agency contract with LAWC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “LAWC”) for the implementation of the instant project (hereinafter “instant implementation agency contract”).

Of the terms of the above contract, the parts related to this case are as follows:

Article 5 (Scope of Convention) LAWC refers to the performance of the following duties and other duties delegated by the association of this case in accordance with the Association Regulations, and the association of this case shall actively cooperate in the performance of duties of LAWC:

1. The association of this case shall faithfully carry out the following affairs necessary for the implementation of the project as a project operator:

1. Affairs necessary for the implementation of projects, such as district-unit planning, construction deliberation, and the collection of documents for the recruitment of members under the Housing Act.
