A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the quantity of Bsch Rexroth car.

On November 4, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 02:15, and led the Defendant to turn to the left at the Eth page from the jurisdiction of the river basin of the Gangseo-si, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.142% of alcohol level in blood.
