A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-learning car.

1. On March 10, 2018, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.160% in light of around 02:38 on March 10, 2018, while driving the said vehicle, and driving the intersection of the private distance of the Eup office located in 107 via the order of Gangseo-si, Gangwon-si, the head of Gangseo-si, at a non-speed speed in the direction of a bridge located in the boundary of the area north-do.
