A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 8, 2017, from around 15:30 to 15:57, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim D, a nurse of the above hospital, on the ground that the Defendant did not accept a demand for transfer from the patient room at the 8th floor of C Hospital in Busan Metropolitan City, to the general bottle; (b) placed the victim D, a nurse of the above hospital on the ground that he did not accept a demand for transfer from the patient room at the 8th floor in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and (c) interfere with the nursing service of the nurse by preventing the nurses working in the patient room, including the victim, who had been working in the patient room from being impunched.

2. 3. On January 22, 2018, between 22:00 and 22:15, the Defendant: (a) provided the victim I, a nurse, with the desire to take the part of the victim by force, such as “Chos, Ews and kis and kis and kis and kis and kis and kis and kis and kis in a bridge,” and forced the victim to take the part of the victim; and (b) continued to return to the ward in the 9th floor of the above hospital, and “Chos and kis and kis and kis and kis and kis and kis and kis and kiss and kis in the above ward, including the victim.”
