A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

I. 2015 Highest 3182

1. From September 22, 2015, the Defendant: around 19:00 on September 22, 2015, 2015: (a) followed by a victim’s bank room located adjacent to his/her book at the first floor guard room of the building located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seocho-gu, a bank passbook owned by the victim 2;

On September 22, 2015, the Defendant: around 22:00 on September 22, 2015, followed the victim’s bank located on his own in the front line of the boarding home, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, 80,000 won in cash, 150,000 won in the market price, including the victim’s cash, 10,000 won in the new world gift certificates, and five pages in the credit card and the physical card.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

II. 2015 Highest 3816

1. Larceny;

A. On September 22, 2015, around 12:45, the Defendant, at the “G” convenience store in the operation of the Victim F in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, caused a theft of 1,700 won of drinking water at the market price owned by the victim by using the gap in the employee H’s surveillance neglected.

B. On November 14, 2015, at around 12:00 on November 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen 20 points, such as clothes, booms, armores, armores, and bad faith, equivalent to the total market value of KRW 154,00,00, using the gap in which employees L was flick in the “K” store operated by the Victim J in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On November 17, 2015, around 10:45, the Defendant stolen 1,200 won of the market at the “G” convenience store in the operation of the Victim F in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by taking advantage of the gap in which the employee H’s surveillance was led to the theft of 1,200 won of the market.

2. On November 17, 2015, around 17:50 on November 17, 2015, the Defendant infringed upon the residence of the victim and caused the key O to open the said house entrance before the house of the victim N located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and caused the intrusion to the victim’s residence.

3. Fraud.
