Defendant
A Imprisonment for six months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, Defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 19, 2013, Defendant A and Defendant C: (a) around 19:00 on the lower order, the Defendant: (b) arranged the Victim G to arrange for the purpose of human test construction; (c) discovered the frozen goods at the market price of KRW 500,000,000, left from the place; and (d) entered the said freezing in both sides by taking advantage of the gap in which the Victim’s surveillance was neglected.
As a result, the Defendants jointly stolen the victim G property.
2. On July 23, 2013, around 11:00, Defendant A and Defendant B decided to steal, with Defendant A, the main body of the victim I’s computer that was discovered in the course of distributing advertising leaflets to the above apartment in the corridor between the 101-7th and the 8th, Jinju-si, with Defendant B, at the entrance of the above apartment. Defendant B reported the network at the entrance of the above apartment, and Defendant A carried the main body of the above apartment at the paper string that was prepared in advance.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the victim I's property.
3. The theft of Defendant A;
A. At around 13:00 on July 20, 2013, the Defendant discovered approximately 3 meters of the market price set up in the middle stairs 11-dong 11-dong 111, J Apartment-si, Jinju-si, in order to install air conditioners, and put it in a paper stuff prepared in advance by using the gap in surveillance of the victim.
B. On July 31, 2013, around 18:20 on Jinju, the Defendant: (a) placed one of the main body of the computer, which was 50,000 won at the market price offered by the victim M in a lock-si corridor, in the front corridor No. 103 2002, Jinju-si, which was 18:20; and (b) stolen it by putting it in a paper stuff, which was prepared in advance by making use of a gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.
C. On July 31, 2013, the Defendant, at around 18:30, made use of the gap where surveillance by the victim N was neglected, who managed the 302 recycling goods at the 302 recycling storage place.
