A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 1, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court; on January 6, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to seven months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the above court on June 21, 2006; on March 16, 2007, the above court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on December 7, 2007; on March 25, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Jeonju District Court on March 25, 2009; on May 26, 2010, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, which became final and conclusive on June 4, 2010.
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. At around 04:00 on May 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the gap of the victim E in the first floor “D” staff dormitory located in Haang-si, Hascknsi; (b) 40,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim on his/her computer books; (c) 1 copy of the Nong C C C C C, and 1 copy of the Non-marketed Card; and (d) stolen the Defendant, one of whom there is a group member card.

B. From September 22, 2013 to around 01:00 on September 22, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim G residing together in the F dormitory A-5 room at Chicago-si from the next day with a string machine of G located over a stringer inside the living room, with a cash of KRW 50,000 away from the floor, and a national credit card (credit card number I) owned by the victim H, the mother of G, and one copy of the national credit card owned by the victim H.

C. Around 03:00 on September 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with one cash 150,000 won, which is the victim’s possession; and (b) one national bank check at the second-class office of “K” restaurant located in the jurisdiction of the Gu in Ansan-si; and (c) the gap in which the victim’s L was not separated from the victim’s L was removed from the second-class office of “K” restaurant located in the West-si.
