A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. 2015 highest 2018;

A. On July 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 05:00, at the front door of the house in which the victim D (n, 69 years of age) of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CB02 resides; (b) made use of bricks, which are dangerous objects in front of the victim’s home, for the reason that the victim did not borrow money, and opened a door to the front door of the victim’s steel-frame by using bricks that are dangerous objects in front of the victim’s home.

B. On July 18, 2015, the Defendant was above C around 22:00.

At the location described in the above paragraph, the victim's steel-frames were released several times by using each item (70cm in length, 5cm in thickness) which is a dangerous object before the victim's house of the victim D for the foregoing reason.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and damaged the victim's property so that the repair costs can be lost.

2. 2015 highest 2304;

A. On September 12, 2015, at around 01:17, the Defendant interfered with business, without any reason, entered the “F” coffee shop located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, and obstructed the victim’s coffee business by force by avoiding disturbances for about five minutes, such as: (a) the instant coffee shop employees, which was around the coffee entrance; and (b) the instant coffee shop employees’ request for a delivery; and (c) the instant coffee shop employees, who walk around the coffee shop entrance, walked with the instant coffee shop; and (d) the Defendant obstructed the victim’s coffee shop business by force.

B. The Defendant who destroyed and damaged property without any reason, and (1) above.
