A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 28, 2013.

1. Around 02:15 on August 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded with a special residence; (b) the victim D’s house residing near the Defendant in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si; and (c) the victim’s house gate, a dangerous object that was kept in custody of the Defendant’s house for the reason that the sound of the transferee, installed in the wells of the victim’s house, satisfys, was satched; and (d) the victim’s house gate gate, which was corrected by booming the victim’s house, went back into several parts; and (e) the victim’s house gate, batfy, and batdddd the batter, which was inside the victim’s house.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles into the victim's residence, and damaged the steel gate, the water pumpinger, the air conditioninger, the air conditioning, and the fire to be repaired by the defendant.

2. The Defendant: (a) was arrested by the police officer F of the police patrol unit affiliated with the police patrol unit, the police officer of the Gyeongcheon Police Station, and the police officer G of the Gyeongcheon Police Station on August 1, 2015; and (b) was transferred to the said police box located in H on August 1, 2015, around 03:05.

A. At around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the Defendant, such as the security guards F, who complained of his son and knee’s pass to the hospital; (b) obstructed the Defendant by carrying the Defendant on the I Launa patrol vehicle, and resisting the back of the patrol vehicle, and damaged the said patrol vehicle, which is an object used by the public office, by walking the back part of the patrol vehicle’s right side, so that approximately KRW 317,436,00 of the repair cost.

B. The Defendant, at around 05:10 on the same day, completed emergency treatment at a hospital’s police box, and was brought back to a police box at the seat of the instant police box, followed by a large amount of 10,000 won, which is the total market value of goods used by public offices located on the entrance and exit of the box.
