Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 22, 2015, the Defendants, along with the Defendants, established and operated Co., Ltd. A Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., which conducts electronic parts manufacturing business, etc., on or around October 22, 2016. On or around November 201, 2016, the Defendants, in collusion with Non-Korean accomplices introduced by Defendant B’s will make payments with forged overseas credit cards, and then receive payments from credit card companies by means of receiving payments from credit card companies.
Therefore, on December 2016, the Defendants sent a credit card settlement terminal for the above corporations E and G stores to Chinese accomplices. The Defendants, Chinese accomplices, who are not China, made a credit card payment using a forged overseas credit card from the unspecified places to the above corporations E and G credit card settlement terminal, and when the settlement amount is deposited from the card company to E and G accounts, the Defendants sent half of the payment amount to Chinese accomplices.
1. Crimes using G credit card settlement terminal in company;
A. From January 2, 2017 to January 25, 2017, the Defendants’ co-offenders in China, who were not committing an attempted violation of the Act on the Financial Business Specializing in Credit, and the Act on the Business Specializing in Credit Financial Business, sold goods from G via one overseas credit card (H) forged in the name of not more than China, the Defendants used forged credit cards in the manner of settling KRW 1,120,000 on the G credit card settlement terminal (I) and obtaining approval for sales from the Defendants, as well as using forged credit cards in the manner of paying KRW 1,120,000 to the G credit card settlement terminal (I). From December 18, 2016 to January 2, 2017, each of the forged credit cards with approval was used by the Defendants at the same 13 times in total, and the net amount of the attached Table 24(2).
