A Imprisonment of 10 months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment of 8 months, respectively.
However, Defendant B and C are subject to objection.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant A's criminal records] On June 10, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of two years in August, 2016 and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 18, 2016, due to the violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint attack) at the Seoul Central District Court.
[2] The Defendants, along with Chinese accomplices introduced to Defendant A, conspired with Defendant A to pay the amount by means of a forged credit card settlement device and by receiving the payment from a credit card company, and then to divide the profits.
Accordingly, in June 2017, Defendant B used the H’s credit card radio settlement terminal in the G parking lot located in the Hapo City F, Seopo-si in 2017, 1 mobile phone with the H’s credit card, OTP card, etc. in the Jeju bank, and the J-si located in the J-si located in I.

Defendant

On July 11, 2017, Chinese accomplices, who were in violation of the law in financial industry specialized in credit industry, have obtained approval for sales by settling 8,000 won as if they sold or provided goods or services in H using a forged overseas credit card on the H credit card settlement terminal, which was discovered by the Defendants in the China's French area.
