1. All plaintiffs' lawsuits are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are companies with headquarters in Korea aimed at international complex transport arrangement business and marine transport agency business.
The Defendant is a company with its head office in Singapore for the purpose of marine transportation and operates the instant vessel as the owner of the cargo coting GN011 (hereinafter “instant vessel”).
B. 1) Plaintiff A&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A&C”)
(2) A) from the Shobybybya Co., Ltd., the carrier was requested to transfer the 6st and second 5st and second 5st and second studs from the Incheon port to theme (Tema) of the Incheon port of the Republic of Korea to the consignee Non-Savi Mos.
