A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 17, 2015, the Defendant drafted a “motor vehicle lease contract” at the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 2, Dolla office at Goyangyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 2015, using a color pen, and stated “E” in the lessee’s name column, “F” in the resident registration number column, “G” in the driver’s license number column, and “E” in the name column of the lessee.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the automobile rental contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at a place as Paragraph 1, exercised the said investigation document as if it was duly formed a forged car rental contract with I, an employee of the said rental car office, who was aware of the forgery.

3. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. The Defendant, from around 21:00 on May 17, 2015 to around 21:10 on the same day, driven a J-5 car from around 6 km to the underground parking lot of H apartment in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City from the same place as paragraph (1) without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. On the 20th day of the same month, from around the 22:30 on the same day, the Defendant driven a vehicle at approximately 40 km section in the vicinity of the H apartment in Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-si to the front day of the Sincheon-si, Gosi-si, Chungcheongnam, the Defendant, driving the said vehicle at approximately 35 km section from around 35 km to the vicinity of the said apartment. The Defendant again driven the said vehicle at around 75 km section in total.

4. When K, a special theft defendant and the defendant's moving-up of the mobile phone, he opened the mobile phone with the victim L as if he were aware of the mobile phone, and conspired to steals the mobile phone by means of escape.

K is the victim according to the above public offering.
