1. On May 19, 2018, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seosan-si, Seosan-gu, 2018, posted a letter stating that he/she will send a contact book to the victim H who reported and contacted with a smartphone to sell G contact pockets by accessing the F bulletin board, and then send money to the victim H.
However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above G's ticket, so even if he received the money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to send the above G's ticket normally to the injured party.
Nevertheless, on May 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received KRW 116,500 from the victim of the damage; (c) received KRW 116,500 under the name of the Defendant’s I account (J) from the victim; and (d) received property or acquired property gains in total of 28 times from the victims from January 9, 2018 to July 4, 2018, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
2. The Defendant who violated the law of the reserve forces is the member of the reserve forces belonging to the K Eastern.
No one shall make his/her residence unknown without any justifiable reason be registered in order to prevent the delivery of a muster notice.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, on May 30, 2018, issued a muster notice under the law of the reserve forces by failing to file a move-in report without justifiable grounds, even though he/she directors under the title of L L in Ansan-si, Ma in Ansan-si, Busan-si, and thus making it impossible for the Defendant to deliver a muster notice under the law of the reserve forces, on June 19, 2018.

3. On July 16, 2018, the Defendant, at the night, posted a letter of intent to access the daily worker worker L in Busan Metropolitan City to the Internet SNSF by using a smartphone, and then sent money to the victim who reported and contacted, first of all, the Defendant attempted to send the contact book.
However, the defendant does not have the above Nituseet.
