A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 09:00 to around 11:50 on March 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) removed and intruded the reading center which was in possession of the victim E, in advance, at the seat of D, the shelter located in the 12th floor of Seocheon-gu Ctel, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; (b) removed the reading center from the entrance; and (c) invaded the victim E, in which one resident registration certificate is contained; (d) KRW 15,000 in cash owned by the victim E; (d) KRW 5,00 in a credit card; (e) KRW 60,00 in cash owned by the victim; (e) KRW 4 in a credit card; and (e) one resident registration certificate; (e) KRW 180,00 in G cash owned by the victim; (e) KRW 25,00 in a credit card; and (e) KRW 25,000 in a stolen property consisting of one resident registration certificate.

2. On March 19, 2013, between 07:00 and 22:30, the Defendant: (a) came to the victim I’s house of the H building 1416 in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-gu; (b) and (c) had a secret number obtained by a person visiting the victim’s house in front of the entrance in front of the entrance; (c) intruded the victim’s house, and stolen the property, thereby infringing on the victim’s house; and (d) cutting off with one (c) having one (d) the market price of KRW 800,000, the victim’s market price, which is the victim’s possession on the table, was 80,000.

3. On April 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen property around 18:40 on April 2, 2013; (b) infringed on the victim K’s front corridor at the seat of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, 215 Dong 503, and stolen the property with a single MTB bicycle unit equivalent to KRW 800,000 at the market price owned by the victim.

4. At around 17:40 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the property from the victim’s house located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Lleta 102; (b) opened an entrance and intruded into the entrance by using the keys in front of the entrance; and (c) opened one cellular phone of an amount equivalent to KRW 500,000 at the market price, one cell phone charging machine of an amount of KRW 10,000 at the market price; (d) one cellular phone charging machine of an amount of KRW 45,000 at the market price; and (e) one plastic cosmetics of an amount of KRW 15,000 at the market price; and (e) one swine container fating machine of an amount of KRW 15,00 at the market price.
