A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law in Daegu District Court's Daegu District Court's racing support, and was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence on July 17, 2014, and is still under suspended sentence as of July 17, 2014.

On September 20, 2015, at around 18:00, the Defendant driven C Poter freight without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1 1km section from the front of the cafeteria to the jugian IC on the same side.
